McGraw House has 105 apartments – 65 studio units and 40 one bedroom units – with physical features and social activities for the benefit, security and comfort of the residents.

Location – We are located in the heart of downtown Ithaca, within walking distance to shopping, banks, places of worship, library, Senior Citizens Center, and on the public bus line.
Main Floor – The entire building is protected with a secure, apartment buzzer, entry system. The main floor includes a spacious, air conditioned lounge, plus laundry, activity room and dining area, available for all residents to enjoy.
Dining – [view photos] An evening meal can be purchased from our own kitchen at 5:00 Monday through Friday, and at 1:00 on Sundays and holidays. Different pricing packages are available to suit individual needs.
Laundry – [view photos] Coin operated washers and dryers are available on the first floor for resident use.
Lounges – [view photos] All floors include attractive, comfortably furnished lounge areas. A library is also available.
Activity Room – [view photos] Here, residents use exercise equipment, hold exercise classes, play cards and board games, and arrange other activities of interest to Seniors.
Roof Garden and Promenade Deck – [view photos] This private area includes picnic tables, chairs and gliders for eating, visiting, and enjoying the tremendous view. Residents also have individual planter boxes and other containers for vegetable and flower gardening.
Elevators – Two elevators service all six floors.
Maintenance – Friendly staff keep the building and grounds well maintained, and make sure public areas are clean and secure. Staff are available 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies.
