Expansion Project

10/5/09 After reviewing the progress we’ve made on the expansion of McGraw House and carefully considering what needs to happen next, the McGraw House Long Range Planning Committee (LRP) is pausing to consider the public comment received so far, evaluate financing options, meet with the Expansion Committee, and then schedule the 4th public meeting later this year.
In addition, significant work is needed to quickly finish tasks required for our building renovations and to begin the work soon after. Thus, the LRP has decided to take its time with our expansion plans before obtaining final public input.
As a result, the LRP respectfully asked all parties to stop work on the expansion of McGraw House, saying, “Please accept our sincere apologies if this comes as a surprise. We truly appreciate all of the time, attention, expertise and input each of you have provided. And, we look forward to opportunities to continue exploring an expansion in the future.”
