Floor Plan

Two types of apartments are available at McGraw House. A Studio Apartment and a One Bedroom Apartment . Both include refrigerator and stove. There are two large windows in the apartments, curtain rods are provided.

A number of safety features have been incorporated in the design of each apartment, including intercom system for visitor control and an emergency call cord. The building is fire resistive and there are smoke and heat sensors in each apartment. In the event of a fire, the fire department is automatically notified via the detection system.

The apartments are serviced by three stairways and two elevators.
